Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By placing an order or creating an account on DrinkFreshFuel ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

2. Our service

DrinkFreshFuel is a made-to-order fresh juice delivery service operating in select Mumbai pincodes. We prepare juices only after an order is placed and confirmed. Availability of specific juices, delivery slots, and pincodes may change without prior notice.

3. Ordering & payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil it, with a full refund.
• You must be 18 years or older and have a valid Indian mobile number to place orders.

4. Delivery

• We deliver within serviceable Mumbai pincodes only. Check serviceability at checkout.
• Same-day delivery requires orders placed before 10:00 AM.
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• If you are not available at the delivery address, our rider will attempt contact via phone. Unclaimed orders are non-refundable.

5. Subscriptions

• Subscription billing is handled by Razorpay Subscriptions and is governed by your chosen billing cycle (weekly or monthly).
• You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, subject to the daily cutoff time (10:00 AM) for same-day changes.
• Skipped deliveries earn a credit against your next invoice, not a cash refund.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 14 days' advance notice.

6. Product quality & claims

All nutritional information and ingredient claims displayed are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. "No added preservatives" and "no added sugar" claims apply only to products explicitly marked with those claims. We recommend consuming your juice within the time shown on the label. DrinkFreshFuel is not liable for health outcomes from consumption.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false orders or fraudulent payment details.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems not belonging to you.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform.

8. Limitation of liability

DrinkFreshFuel's liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the Platform or consumption of our products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
