Refund Policy

Our promise in short

If we make a mistake β€” wrong order, non-delivery, or quality issue β€” we make it right. Full refund or a replacement juice, no questions asked.

1. Fresh food disclaimer

All juices are made fresh to order and are highly perishable. Because of their nature, we cannot accept returns of consumed or partially consumed products. We strongly encourage you to check your order at delivery and report issues immediately.

2. Eligible refund situations

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement in these cases:

    Order not delivered β€” Your order was marked delivered but you did not receive it.
  • βœ“
    Wrong order β€” You received a completely different item from what you ordered.
  • βœ“
    Quality issue β€” The juice is visibly spoiled, has foreign material, or tastes clearly off. Photo required.
  • βœ“
    Payment failure β€” Payment was debited but no order was created. We will refund within 5 working days.
  • βœ“
    We cancelled your order β€” If we cancel due to stock, operational issues, or delivery failure, you receive a full refund.

3. Non-refundable situations

  • You changed your mind after the order was confirmed and preparation began.
  • You were unavailable at the delivery address and the order could not be delivered.
  • Customisation requests (sweetness, pulp, add-ons) that you later regret.
  • Minor cosmetic differences in juice colour due to natural fruit variation.
  • Delayed delivery due to traffic, weather, or other external circumstances (though we will try our best).

4. Subscription refunds & credits

  • Skipped deliveries earn a credit to your account balance, applied on your next invoice β€” not a cash refund.
  • Pause credits are calculated as (paused days Γ— per-delivery price) and applied as account balance.
  • Cancellation β€” you keep deliveries for the remainder of the already-paid billing period. No partial cash refund for unused days.
  • Payment failures β€” if a subscription charge fails and we had to pause your deliveries, any deliveries you missed during that time are not billable once the issue is resolved.

5. How to raise a refund request

  1. Email support@drinkfreshfuel.in or call +91 79770 71432 within 2 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID (found in your account page or confirmation email).
  3. Attach a photo if the issue is quality-related.
  4. Our support team will review and respond within 2 business hours (Mon–Sun, 9 AM – 8 PM).

Timelines are for the bank to process the credit after we initiate the refund. Weekends and bank holidays may add 1–2 days.
