DrinkFreshFuel ("we", "our", or "us") is a food delivery service based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, operating under Indian law. We collect and process personal data to fulfil juice orders, manage subscriptions, and improve our services. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: Name, email address, phone number when you register.
• Delivery data: Delivery address, pincode, and slot preferences.
• Order data: Items ordered, customisations (sweetness, pulp, add-ons), order history.
• Payment data: We do not store card details. All payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We receive a payment confirmation token only.
• Usage data: Pages visited, device type, browser, and interaction logs, used solely for improving the platform.

3. How we use your data

• To process and deliver your orders.
• To manage your subscription and billing via Razorpay Subscriptions.
• To send order confirmations and delivery notifications (SMS / email).
• To personalise your experience (saved addresses, reorder suggestions).
• To comply with FSSAI traceability requirements (batch records).
• To prevent fraud and ensure platform security.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Razorpay: For payment processing. Their privacy policy governs data they hold.
• Delivery partners: Name, phone, and address shared with the rider making your delivery.
• Supabase: Our database infrastructure provider. Data is stored in secure cloud servers.
• Legal authorities: If required by law or court order.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and order data for 3 years from your last order to comply with Indian tax and food safety regulations. You may request deletion of your account at any time; we will delete personal data that is not required for legal compliance within 30 days.

6. Your rights

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update inaccurate data from your account page.
• Deletion: Request account and data deletion (subject to legal retention obligations).
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each email.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; please use a strong password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your login session and cart. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.
